Preparing for a big day

The event is fixed; how you arrive at it is not. Mental rehearsal is what athletes and surgeons use before their own big days, and the techniques translate directly to exams, births and stages.
Who it is for
- An exam or oral test where you know the subject but lose your means
- A birth or a surgery you would rather approach steady than braced
- Public speaking, a job interview, a competition, an audition
- You have failed once and the memory now weighs more than the test
How a session goes
Short and focused: we rehearse the day in imagination, install a physical anchor you can trigger in the moment, and script your first minutes to remove the scariest unknown. Two to four sessions are usually enough. At the practice or by video, whichever fits your calendar before the day.
Confidential, nothing you share goes further than this exchange
Book the assessment session
One session to map the situation and see if the method fits. You leave with an honest opinion either way, including "you do not need me".
